Reasonable Care

You need to take care of your phone. This means you need to take all reasonable precautions to prevent your phone from being accidentally damaged, lost, or stolen.

Theft & Accidental Loss

Theft and Accidental Loss must be reported to the police and telecommunications service provider within 24 hours of discovering the theft. You will need to provide the police report number, proof of blocked IMEI number, and details of the theft and deactivation when lodging a claim.

Benefit Limit

Under all cover types, the benefit limit is the amount you paid for your device. The most that will be paid for all claims in the period of cover is the benefit limit. This does not include claims for any additional benefits under your level of cover.
