Managing My Policy

  • How can I change my details?

    Updating your address, phone number or email address can all be done online by logging into your My Cover account and selecting ‘update my details’.

  • What if I have forgotten my My Cover password?

    Simply click on ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ on the My Cover login page, enter your email address and we’ll send you a new password.

  • What if I want to cancel my policy? Will I get a refund?

    You can cancel your policy at any time by contacting us on 1300 622 833.

    If you cancel within our 30-day cooling off period and provided you have not made a claim, you will receive a full refund of the premium paid.

    If you decide for whatever reason the policy is no longer right for you and want to cancel outside of our 30-day cooling off period, you will receive a refund for the remaining period you’ve paid after cancellation, providing you have not made a claim. However a $35 cancellation fee may be payable if you cancel outside the cooling-off period (for administrative costs).

    If you have made a claim under your policy or have a claim pending and wish to cancel, you will not be entitled to any premium refund.
