Making a claim

If the unexpected happens and you need to make a claim for accidental damage, you will need to complete our incident report and provide us with proof of purchase for your device. Our team of experts will arrange assessment of your device and we will have your repairs completed as fast as we can.

If you’re unlucky enough to accidentally lose your device or have it stolen, we will need you to include a police report number with your incident report and proof of purchase and, if your device is capable of connecting to a telecommunications network, we will also require confirmation that your device IMEI number has been blocked within 24 hours of discovering the incident.
